Rules and regulations are as follows:
No purchase necessary. 1 try-out per person or group. Must be between the ages of 5 to 17 years old with proof of age and accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to participate. Fun City reserves the right to change or alter dates and/ or rules for contest at any time. All talents performed must be family friendly and not contain any vulgar or inappropriate acts, with proper attire and meet allotted time for tryouts; auditions are not to exceed 2 minutes. Auditions not completed on October 15th will be asked to return on October 16th. Auditions will be on a first come first serve basis for all contestants. Contestants moving on to second, third, and final rounds will be selected to perform in random order. Votes are determined by a combination of 25% crowd reaction and 75% judged. All judge’s decisions are final. Fun City will only provide one microphone and will play the music provided by the contestant. Music must be on a CD. Any additional props needed must be provided by the contestant. Set up time for performances will be limited to 5 minutes. Fun City is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen props, instruments, or any other objects brought in or used by individual contestants. Fun City is not responsible for any injuries or illness acquired during or after the contest. By registering for the 2nd Annual Fun City Talent Search you authorize Fun City to include your given information for email promotions and offers. Contestants also authorize Fun City to use any photos taken for promotional use on our website, or any other advertisement. Winner is subject to all Fun City behavioral conduct rules and regulations. If conduct code is not followed properly, or any fraudulent activity or inappropriate behavior is performed during or after the contest, will and can result in the termination of qualification anytime during and after the contest. Fun City reserves the right to revoke title and entitlements as our entertainment representative. This promotion is not valid to any Littleton Holdings LLC DBA Fun City employees or their families.
